The clerk's office is fantastic and very helpful. Especially Sherry. Judge is fair and unbiased
Staff is unorganized. And don't even bother writing to the magistrate/clerk or going to court to fight a ticket, all they want is your money. They work hard to get cops to slap you with a ticket. Somehow they're not criminals for it either.
The process and personnel were great and friendly. However, Judge Patterson doesn't use common sense well. When provided with proof of innocence, he chooses to ignore it for $145. The officers were very kind and seemed like they just wanted to do what was fair. However, the judge was more interested in being rude and uncooperative.
The staff at this courthouse is out of this world. I've never seen such fair litigation and rulings from district court judges. The oatmeal was to die for.
Was told that I have 7 days to pay for ticket, then I received a notice on day 5 that I have to pay $35 more because I did not pay ticket on day one . What a joke there
